FOOD & SNACKS:
- The Tinker table includes Teas & Coffee in the class Fee's.
(Not in the kids classes)
- A menu of 'fancy snacks' and nice drinks will be provided at the venue for Sale via a card machine. This includes a variety of posh crisps / posh nuts / borders biscuits / posh popcorn and Tony's chocolate. Plus Frobishers juice (or similar) / cans of fizz inc SanPelligrino

- To help maintain food safety standards, the venue kindly asks that you do not bring your own food or soft/hot drinks (unless specifically agreed)
- The Venue is currently seeking an alcohol licence

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Craft Workshop Classes**
1. Booking & Payment All workshop places must be paid in full before the class date. A place is only secured once payment has cleared. No payment, no glue gun.
2. Cancellations by You (the Customer) Because materials, space, and staffing are booked in advance, the following applies:
• More than 7 days before the class: You may move your booking to another available date.
• 7 days or less before the class: No refunds or transfers.
• No-shows or late arrivals: No refund or credit given. You are welcome to send someone in your place. Just tell us their name in advance. Page 1/23. Cancellations by Us If we cancel a class for any reason, you will be offered either:
• A full refund, or
• A transfer to another available date We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs you may have incurred.
3. Minimum Numbers Classes require a minimum number of participants. If this is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the class. You will be notified at least 48 hours before the class and offered a refund or transfer.
4. Late Arrivals Workshops start on time. Late arrivals may miss instructions or parts of the project and no refund or extra time will be given.
5. Materials & Projects All materials are provided unless otherwise stated. Projects are intended as learning experiences. Final results may vary and refunds will not be given based on personal dissatisfaction with the outcome.
6 Health & Safety You take part at your own risk. Some workshops involve sharp tools, heat, chemicals, or small parts. We are not liable for r injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence. Children must be supervised where applicable.
7. Allergies & Sensitivities Some materials may contain latex, resins, glues, or fragrances. It is your responsibility to notify us of any allergies before booking.
8. Photography & Marketing We may take photos or short videos during workshops for marketing and social media. If you do not wish to appear in any images, please inform us in writing before the class.
9. Behaviour We reserve the right to remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or abusive. No refund will be issued in these cases.
10. Force Majeure We are not liable for cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, power failure, or venue issues.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
